Product Requirements: For no-reason returns, the lamp must be in good condition, with original packaging, accessories, and instructions complete, and must not have been installed or shown signs of use; for quality issues, clear evidence of damage or malfunction is required. Unsupported Items: Customized lamps, lamps that have been installed and used resulting in depreciation, and lamps with missing accessories or damaged packaging affecting resale are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs: For quality issues, incorrect or missing items, the store will cover the round-trip shipping costs. For returns without a reason or personal reasons (such as dislike or accidental purchase), the buyer will bear the return shipping costs. Refund Timeframe: After receiving and verifying the returned goods, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days. The arrival time depends on the payment method. Special Notes: Gifts must be returned along with the lamps. Lost or damaged gifts will be deducted from their value.
